Founded in 1999 by pioneers in networking, Simpler Networks is the last mile innovator. We engineer network solutions for local service providers to help them reduce their operational costs by automating labor-intensive processes at the distribution frame. Our EZ solutions redefine flow-through provisioning by automating central office and street cabinet distribution frames, removing the last bottleneck to delivering advanced services cost-effectively.

Our aggressive research and development program has resulted in our proprietary micro-electromechanical relay technology, or MEMS, which is the foundation of our solutions. MEMS delivers greater reliability, cost-savings and scalability than robotics-based solutions. Plus MEMS has no moving parts and the relays are latching, which means they retain their state in case of power failure.

Multi-service dial tone

Our vision is to allow end users to activate and deactivate their own services like VOD, and high-speed access on demand. Taking the vision one step further, we see them being able to activate services for short intervals, using precisely the services they need, when they need them—it's what we call multi-service dial tone.
